Love is in the air as the First Dates Ireland restaurant opens its doors for a third series of romance, outrageous flirting and good craic. Watch as a whole new set of daters put their hearts on the line as they search for the one.

First Dates Ireland is back!

Passion is in the air, the First Dates restaurant of romance is fully booked, the Moon of Love is shining bright with the staff, who play Cupid, on hand with wise words and Dutch courage for a new batch of hopeful singletons.

In a season packed with unexpected revelations, drama and diversity, we’ll meet Marilyn Monroe fans and Mormons, surfer dudes and a male stripper. We’ll witness a reality TV show playboy attempt to show a new side of himself, and see a familiar face from series one enjoying a date with a former Irish TV star. There’ll be teen heart-throbs, flirty thirty-somethings and seductive seniors, everyone from student freshers to fresh-faced septuagenarians.

Our dapper Croatian Maitre D’ Mateo Saina will also welcome the restaurant’s first transgender dater, first deaf dater and a brand new staff member in the form of charming waiter, Pete Ungless, and returning staff Alice Marr and Ethan Miles.

As the First Dates Ireland restaurant swings back into action, Jackie is first to arrive and immediately starts turning heads with a dress you won’t forget in a hurry. But will she find her date Joey just as alluring?

Best friends, Leigh and Niamh from Athenry show up for a double date. Will Leigh hit it off with Offaly guy Samuel – whose celebrity crush is Leo Varadkar – or will Niamh fare better with her date, theatre director Isabelle?

Fashion blogger Lawson turns up at the First Dates restaurant all dressed to impress, but will his efforts go to waste?

Meanwhile, does salesman Ben have what it takes to seal the deal with party girl Amy?
