A four-part series about the establishment of the ESB and the electrification of the country and the changes that brought.

This is a four-part archive series first broadcast in 2002 to celebrate 75 years since the ESB was established.  The programmes look at the foundation of the ESB, and the many changes that electricity brought to the country.  The series will air today, tomorrow, and Monday and Tuesday of next week.  Seán Ó Tuairisc is presenter, and series producer is Tomás Mac Con Iomaire.
