In today’s concert the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Simon Rattle play a selection of Antonin Dvorak’s Slavonic Dances and his Violin Concerto in A minor with soloist Lisa Batiashvili. The concert was recorded at the Festspielhaus in Baden-Baden where it formed part of this year’s Easter Festival. Aedín’s featured artist is the pianist Martin Roscoe who we’ll hear in recordings of Beethoven, Chopin and Szymanowski.
