People have very kindly opened their doors and their homes to the programme and told us their stories from living in commuter towns to what it’s like growing older in Ireland to growing up as a millenial and how technology has transformed how family communicate.

We catch up with baby Bella Rose from Enniscorthy born with a list of difficult conditions, from congenital heart disease to a cleft palate. After a heart operation, her family look forward to her Christening.

We meet Richie the barber from Mumbai, who communicates with his wife and eight year old son by Skype. Richie is a barber working in The Men’s Room in Naas, and Brenda joins him in Dublin Airport where the family are reunited in person.

We also catch up with Denise McGrath from Carrick on Suir who spoke about being trapped in the millennial generation of zero hour contracts and living at home, and things have taken a healthy step up in the world for mother of seven Jen Hogan as she has now become a published author. Brenda attends her book launch. Along with all of that, Brenda catches up with many more families along the way.
