Players, coaches, and backroom staff take us through what as an emotionally and physically demanding period for the team collectively, featuring interviews with Joe Schmidt, Andy Farrell, and members of the team.

Coming off the back of a broadly successful tour of South Africa, the Irish team faced sterner tests against New Zealand, Australia, and a physical Canadian team.

The film will introduce new faces like Garry Ringrose, Joey Carbery and Tadhg Furlong, and tells the story of how the team built on the tour of South Africa to deliver a successful Guinness series. Not just in terms of results, but in giving young players a genuine opportunity to shine amongst their teammates.

The story is told over the six months from South Africa through to the end of the Guinness series.

The programme will be aired on RTE2 directly after Ireland v France in the RBS 6 Nations on February 25th at 7:30pm.
