Coming up on the Ray D’Arcy Show this week:
This St. Patrick’s Day the cream of Irish stand-up comedy are gathering in Dublin’s 3Arena for the very first Irish event in support of Comic Relief. To mark the occasion, event organiser, comedian Deirdre O’Kane and fellow comic PJ Gallagher will join Ray in studio to lift the lid on what promises to be a significant moment in Irish comedy history.
One year on from the general election, and following a tumultuous week in Irish politics, Ray welcomes former TD’s Áine Collins, John Lyons and former Senator Averil Powerto talk about life inside and outside the corridors of Dáil Éireann.
Presenter Aisling O’Loughlin will also drop by for a chat following her shock departure from Xposé, the recent split from her long-term partner and will fill us in on her exciting plans for the future.
We’ll hear from the people behind some of the inspiring projects generated by Ireland’s social entrepreneurs.
Plus there will be a live performance from Dublin four-piece Gypsies on the Autobahn.
