Our 5 Leaders take their first steps towards their final challenge of their fitness journey, the 5K Run in the Phoenix Park. Operation Transformation teams up again with parkrun to get the Nation moving on a Saturday morning in over 60 locations nationwide. And another celebrity takes on Karl’s ad break challenge.

3 weeks into the Operation Transformation food and fitness plan, and some of the Leaders are beginning to struggle. In the Live Longer, Live Better strand, we investigate the impact that diet and exercise can have on your brain’s ability to fight illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
