Today, we’ll hear the first programme in a new arts series presented by Róisín Sheehy.  The first programme today will be focused on the visual arts, in particular the artwork on display in Waterford Regional Hospital and in the Chester Beatty Library.  In Waterford, Róisín will be interviewing Katriina Bent, curator, from Waterford Healing Arts Trust, and actor and producer Tomás Ó Nialláin, who lives in Carrick-on-Suir, about the artwork on display in the hospital.   In the Chester Beatty Library, Róisín talks to Jack Fitzgerald, a guide there, and to three students from the Church of Ireland College of Education.  This series was produced with funding from the BAI Sound and Vision Scheme.
