It’s Après Match takeover time on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player as the lads present highlights and analysis of Wales v Belgium

Tomorrow night (10.30pm, RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player) sees Après Match take control of RTÉ’s UEFA EURO 2016 coverage with their own unique style of presenting and commentating plus, of course, the most cutting-edge analysis available anywhere.

Traditionally the Après Match team have taken over duties for the 3^rd and 4^th place playoff but with no playoff in the UEFA EURO Championships it’s highlights of Wales v Belgium in the quarter-finals that will come under the lads’ microscope.

In 2014 the 3^rd and 4^th place World Cup playoff between the Netherlands and Brazil saw Liam Brady in the presenter’s chair with Eamon Dunphy and Kenny Cunningham agreeing to disagree on the Dutch formation.

Tomorrow night it’s the turn of Gareth Bale and Eden Hazard among others to have their reputations shredded by Après Match. There’ll be plenty of action from the studio floor, lots of fun and frolics and, as ever, viewers should also expect the unexpected…
