RTÉ One and RTÉ2 the number one weekend choice for Irish TV viewers

 

On Saturday viewers were entertained with Ireland’s hard fought win over France in the RBS 6 Nations Live on RTÉ2 which had an average of 690,200 while over 417,100 people tuned into the Saturday Night Show on RTÉ One.

Sunday saw an average of 568,300 people tune into Room To Improve while the Voice of Ireland drew an average audience of 556,700. RTÉ television is proving to be the number one weekend choice for Irish TV viewers.

These programmes also performed very strongly on RTÉ Player with an additional 94,895 streaming the RBS 6 Nations Live as well as 31,263 watching the The Late Late Show live and on-demand. The Late Late Show Extras on RTÉ Player saw 26,424 streams on demand. Additionally there were 11,366 streams for the Saturday Night Show.
