Mitsubishi Motors Ireland To Sponsor RTÉ One’s The Saturday Night Show
RTÉ and Mitsubishi Motors Ireland today announced a new sponsorship deal with The Saturday Night Show. The new deal which commenced on November 1st, 2014, includes on air stings at the start and end of the show as well as coming into and out of ad breaks and will continue for the duration of the fifth season. RTÉ AdLab supported the development of the sponsorship stings that began airing upon commencement of the deal.
The Saturday Night Show has formed part of the RTÉ One Saturday night entertainment schedule since 2010. Attracting an average of 434,000* viewers every week since the start of the new series and an average share of 33%, the popular chat show hosted by journalist Brendan O’Connor, delivers a lively mix of entertainment, chat and music making it hugely popular with viewers across Ireland.
Speaking about the new deal today Gerard Rice, MD of Mitsubishi Motors Ireland said, “Mitsubishi Motors is delighted to be the sponsor of The Saturday Night Show, hosted by such an engaging presenter as Brendan O’Connor. This sponsorship on RTÉ One will be very beneficial for the brand, which celebrates 30 years, this year, in the Irish market.
