Blue Zoo – Series Synopsis:
Eight young Irish & Australian marine animal enthusiasts embark on a gruelling six-week training mission to become dolphin and seal trainers, working with rescued marine animals, taking part in daring marine animal rescues and even helping out with the birth of a baby dolphin. 6 weeks, 1 mission…an epic adventure!

Short synopsis:
The rookies are overjoyed when Aaron reveals news of a special new arrival at the park. Much to their amazement, the dolphins and seals start to respond to the team’s behaviour signals and an emergency call out finds Jaymin and Dana heading off to save a turtle in distress.
Synopsis:
The Rookies are thrilled to learn that one of the park’s dolphins is pregnant but when Aaron can only pick two Rookies to be Calamity’s carers, it leaves just a pang of jealousy with the others. Much to the Rookies’ amazement their new skills as trainers are building fast as the dolphins and seals start to respond to their hand signals. Meanwhile, over at the blue penguin enclosure, the team is tasked with giving the tired penguin home a makeover and the result is a dazzling array of ideas for scary park-boss Paige to judge. Tallann and Sophie assist Dr. Duan with dolphin Calamity’s latest ultrasound scan in order to locate a strong and healthy heartbeat from her calf. At the other side of the park Bailey finally proves he has what it takes to be taken seriously as a trainer; and advanced dive training proves that some of the Rookies are more natural underwater than others. The mood is suddenly shattered when Blue Zoo receives an emergency call to save a beached turtle- Dana and Jaymin head out with the rescue team in a bid to save the turtle. 8 Rookies, 6 weeks, 1 mission.
