A corporate attorney finds new life behind the bar when he takes over his parents’ pub in SULLIVAN & SON starring comedian Steve Byrne. In addition to Byrne, the ensemble cast includes Dan Lauria (The Wonder Years), Christine Ebersole (Royal Pains), Brian Doyle-Murray (The Middle), Jodi Long (Beginners), Valerie Azlynn (Tropic Thunder), Vivian Bang (Yes Man) and Owen Benjamin (The House Bunny).

In Sullivan & Son, Byrne plays Steve Sullivan, a successful corporate attorney from New York who brings his girlfriend, Ashley (guest star Brooke Lyons – 2 Broke Girls), home for his father’s 60th birthday. Steve’s timing is impeccable, however, as he learns that his Irish-American father, Jack Sullivan (Lauria), and Korean mother, Ok Cha (Long), are preparing to sell the multi-generational family business, a bar known as Sullivan & Son.

Created by Rob Long (Cheers) and Steve Byrne, Sullivan & Son is executive produced by Vince Vaughn (The Break-Up), Peter Billingsley (Iron Man) and show-runner Rob Long.  The series is distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. International Television Distribution.

Series 1, episode 2

“The Bribe”

Now that Steve owns the bar he needs to set boundaries with his parents. When the health inspector shows up Ok Cha (series regular Jodi Long) wants to pay him off, but Steve refuses and the bar is shut down for the first time ever. Without the bar, everyone seems lost except for Owen (series star Owen Benjamin) who discovers surprisingly productive ways to spend his time.
