Last year, Ireland won the 2013 Women’s Six Nations Championship for the first time, coached by Philip Doyle and captained by Fiona Coghlan, beating the other five nations to claim the Triple Crown and the Grand Slam – and 2FM’s Game On was with them from the start, broadcasting the first ever live commentary of a womens’ rugby game on Irish radio as Ireland overcame France in Ashbourne.

This year, 2FM’s Game On is continuing its support of Ireland’s women and will broadcast live coverage of the game against Scotland on 31 January.

Coverage starts at 7pm, Damien O’Meara  will be  presenting live in the 2FM Roadcaster from Ashbourne, with full commentary from Michael Corcoran and former Munster and Ireland star, Rosie Foley.
