Journalist and broadcaster Brendan O’Connor returns to our screens this Saturday night for a fourth series of The Saturday Night Show. The Saturday Night Show promises a lively mix of entertainment, chat, music and lots more. Every week we will be bringing you a diverse mix of guests, great music and the opportunity to win a fantastic viewer’s prize.
The highlight from last season was undoubtedly Brendan’s moving interview with Donal Walsh, who was posthumously awarded the Young Person of the Year award at the People of the Year Awards.
Other memorable moments last season included interviews with Sinéad O’Connor, Donny Osmond, comedian Sean Locke, writer Kinky Friedman, Corrie’s Helen Flanagan and, who could forget superstar Michael Bublé’s duet with Brendan?
Plus there was the best in music acts with performances from The Villagers, Damien Dempsey, The Heathers, Bronagh Gallagher and of course Linda Martin’s memorable performance of Daft Punk’s Get Lucky.
