Fiona takes the kids on a camping trip. Essentially homeless, Frank seeks out the help of Carl who sneaks him into the Gallagher van for the night. Jimmy gets a surprise visit.

Fiona assures Jimmy they can make it work in Michigan. When she asks Mike for help transferring offices, he agrees and invites her and the kids on a camping trip. All seems to be looking up…until Fiona discovers Jimmy’s plan to rent a studio apartment.

Beto (guest star BERNARDO DE PAULA) warns Jimmy not to get careless. After a fight with Fiona, Estefania’s father Nando pays Jimmy a surprise visit. He’s very angry. Estefania is being deported because Jimmy missed an INS visit. Consequently, Nando takes Jimmy on his boat…perhaps for the very last time.

Essentially homeless, Frank seeks out the help of Carl who agrees to sneak him into the Gallagher van for the night. After some father-son bonding, they rob Carl’s foster-gays’ apartment. When the police question Carl, Frank struggles with his conscience.

Sheila welcomes Karen home from the hospital and struggles with her own denial of how serious Karen’s condition really is. Lip attempts to avoid Mandy until he confronts her about the accident. Meanwhile, Ian obsesses over Mickey’s wedding — hoping to convince him not to go through with it.
