Carol urges Louie to do the honourable thing and give Ingrid the money. She reminds him what’s best for the kids.
Dean advises Ray to say that he has problems with his manhood in order to get rid of Eileen. Ray wrongly takes this advice and tells a disgusted Eileen.
Bela asks Damien to help him persuade Suzanne and Yvonne to stay.
Eileen talks to Zumo about Ray’s ‘problem’ and how she doesn’t see the point of ‘getting on a train with no engine in it’. Zumo is embarrassed and appalled by his grandmothers behaviour.
Zumo reveals to Vivienne that Decco threatened Caoimhe and Judith. She attacks him over his behaviour but is taken aback when Zumo suggests that Vivienne should blackmail Judith.
Suzanne emotionally blackmails Yvonne into staying. She agrees saying they can’t dessert Bela.
Vivienne calls to Judith house. She tells her if she doesn’t reemploy her she will report her for fraud. Judith coldly gives in saying she’ll see her tomorrow.

Bob calls Dean and asks him to call to the Hungry Pig as he needs to speak to him. Esther and Charlie are shocked to learn that Bob owns the Hungry Pig and he tells them his rise from homelessness was helped by Turlough repaying his debt. Dean arrives presuming that Bob is going to give him his job back and is furious when Bob instead requests his set of keys.
Carol and Louie decide to close up McCoys and spend the day together. People are shocked when they see a ‘closed’ sign on the door and Bob maliciously spreads word around that Louie is in serious financial trouble.
Esther is delighted to hear that the former lap dancing club called Ladyland has closed down. But in McCoys a delighted Finn informs Keith and Orla that he is re-opening Ladyland under new management and he’s opening a New York style bar. He asks them to keep it quiet.

Esther tries to persuade Orla to back her campaign to stop Ladyland re-opening. She accuses Orla of putting money before morals.
Bela meets a woman, Grace, in the nursing home who cheers him up with her words of wisdom.
Bob stops a homeless man and gives him a burger. Sarah spots this and he allows her to write an article about Bobs recent homelessness. She pushes him to tell her his lowest moment.
Suzanne lies and assures Bela he is doing a good job at Vinos.
Finn reveals that he’ll use Esther’s campaign as free publicity but Orla confronts Esther about her name and shame approach to her protest.
After talking to Christy, Carol is unable to control her fear of breaking up with him. Carol and Louie share their last night of passion before Christy’s return.

Esther reads the article about Bob and compliments him for how he’s trying to change. She bumps into Finn but he dismisses her ability to damage Ladyland.
Carol panics at the idea of Christy’s imminent return.
Finn and Esther clash over Ladyland and Esther calls Finn disgusting. Orla warns Finn that he is going too far.
Sarah offends Bela when she questions his usefulness in Vinos. He tells her he is not ready for the rubbish heap yet. Yvonne learns what Sarah said about Bela and immediately confronts her and fires her. Later Sarah meets Bob and tells her that Yvonne fired her. Bob offers her an opportunity of a job if she gets publicity for the organic versus non–organic event he is having on Sunday.
