Come along to the RDS to see George Hamilton as he broadcasts live from the heart of the Food and Wine Magazine Christmas Show where he’ll be talking to celebrity chefs and exhibitors and he’ll have great competition prizes to be won, so come along and say hello!

WEEKEND CLASSICS WITH FRANK McNAMARA (Sat 27th and Sun 28th, 12pm-2pm
Following on from George, pianist and conductor Frank McNamara brings us more great music from the heart of the RDS. Whether you’re enjoying some active or relaxing time off, Weekend Classics offers you two hours of music for the mood you’re in. Tune in for Frank’s CD recommendation of the week and try out the ‘Spot the Tune’ competition where he disguises a well known melody.

LORCAN MURRAY’S CLASSIC DRIVE (Sat 27th, 4pm-7pm)
Lorcan brings today’s activities in the RDS to a close with an engaging blend of classical music, familiar favourites and hidden gems, including hourly news bulletins and traffic updates. We’ll also have a featured new release in the Saturday CD competition.

THE MUSIC BOX WITH TRISH TAYLOR (Sun 28th, 09.00am-12pm)
Trish gets proceedings under way on the last day of the Food and Wine Magazine Christmas Show as she presents this morning’s show live from the RDS

Frank McNamara brings our broadcasts from the show to an end with Weekend Classics between 12pm and 2pm on Sunday
