Beginning on 6pm Saturday 30 October, RTÉ Digital Radio’s brand new kid’s programme, Supercrew Soundtrack, will begin on TRTE Radio.
Airing to coincide with TRTE Television’s new Friday afternoon show, Supercrew – in which Aidan Power will present the hunt for Ireland’s hottest teenage hip hop dancers – Supercrew Soundtrack will feature the music from the previous day’s TV show.
The series launches during the nation’s mid-term break and is just one of a whole feast of great programmes planned for the holiday week on the eve of Halloween.
Halloween Hightlights on RTÉjr Radio and TRTE Radio
Supercrew Soundtrack will be joined by lots of other great mid-term specials starting Bank Holiday Monday, 25 October.
Tune in to Halloween Hokey Pokey every day between 8.30am and 3.30pm on RTÉjr Radio to hear stories, jokes, spooky tunes and Ryan Tubridy reading tales every evening at bedtime.
We’ve an extra special line up all day on Sunday 31 October, Halloween itself, including a whole hour of SpookySoundz to help you get in the mood.
There will be lots of Irish drama and plenty of spine-chilling stories to listen to as well as a special Klassical Kreeps with Ian Mc Glynn.
Also on Halloween night, John Connolly, best selling author of the “The Gates”, is offering up an hour of his favourite scary music at 7pm on TRTE Radio.
