RTÉ Sport’s Premier Soccer Saturday is back for a brand new season with highlights from all the top games. As the season kick’s off Darragh Maloney is joined by John Giles and Ronnie Whelan for highlight of the days Premier League action including Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City, Chelsea v West Brom, Wigan Athletic v Blackpool and Wolves v Stoke City.

THE SUNDAY GAME LIVE – SUN 15th AUG AT 1.15PM ON RTÉ TWO

Michael Lyster presents a live coverage of the All Ireland Senior and Minor Hurling semi finals at Croke Park. The action begins with the minor semi final as Clare take on Dublin with throw in at 1.30pm. This will then be followed by the senior semi final Waterford battle Tipperary with throw in at 3.30pm. Michael will be joined by Cyril Farrell, Tomas Mulcahy and Ger Loughnane for expert reviews and analysis.

THE SUNDAY GAME – SUN 15th AUG AT 9.30PM ON RTÉ TWO

Des Cahill is joined by in studio by Declan Ruth, Michael Duignan, Tomas Mulcahy for reviews of all the weekend’s hurling action. The programme will also feature highlights of Galway v Cork and Kilkenny v Wexford in the camogie semi finals as Eimear Brannigan, Stella Sinnott and Therese O’Callaghan give their expert analysis while Ciaran Whelan, Pat Spillane and Kevin McStay will join Des to preview the upcoming football semi finals.

MNS – MON 16th AUG AT 7.00PM ON RTÉ TWO

Con Murphy is joined by Dave Barry, Eoin Hand and Sean Prunty for all the latest action from the Airtricity League including highlights of Drogheda United v Shamrock Rovers, Bohemians v Galway United, Bray Wanderers v St Patrick’s Athletic, Sligo Rovers v UCD and Sporting Fingal v Dundalk.

OB SPORT SPECIAL – MON 16th AUG AT 8.00PM ON RTÉ TWO

John Kenny present highlights of the Irish squad’s challenge at the European Swimming Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Two-time Olympian and Irish record holder Andrew Bree will lead the eight-strong Irish team. Two years out from the London Olympic Games, these Championships are seen by some as a pathway meet along the road to London 2012.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE LIVE – WED 18th AUG AT 7.00PM ON RTÉ TWO

Bill O’Herlihy presents live Champions League coverage from the pre group stage play off round as Werder Bremen v Sampdoria. The match will kick off at 7.45pm with commentary by George Hamilton.
