EUROPEAN TRIATHLON – SUN 4th JULY AT 8.30PM ON RTÉ TWO

John Kenny introduces highlights of the 2010 European Triathlon Championships hosted for the first time in Athlone. The programme will feature coverage of the women’s and men’s Elite European Championships which will begin with two laps of a 750m swim loop in the River Shannon before the competitors take to their bikes for eight loops totalling the 40km bike, ending with a spectacular town-centred four lap 10km run.
