Usually on Showhouse two professional interior designers compete to create a winning interior in two identical houses. For this Christmas special the Showhouse team visit the seaside village of Enniscrone, the surfing capital of County Sligo.
In Sligo, the challenge remains the same but the professionals are now amateurs with an eye for style– model and socialite Lisa Murphy and TV presenter Pamela Flood.
Lisa and Pamela leave behind the familiar comforts of the Grafton Quarter and fly to Sligo to take on the challenge.
The glamorous pair have six days to turn their properties into show homes. On the seventh day the public decide who has won this challenge.
The properties are identical 4 bed roomed, 4 ensuite homes in the Marella Development, which is located, a stone’s throw from the Lynx golf course and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The section 23 properties are targeted at the second home market.
Presented by top interior designer Neville Knott, Celebrity Showhouse brings a new twist to the popular format for the festive season.
