RTÉ ENTERTAINMENT: Ryan Tubridy returns for the 5th season of his successful Saturday Night chat show.

Tubridy Tonight celebrates its 5th birthday as host Ryan Tubridy and house-band The Camembert Quartet return for a brand new season of the best in Saturday night entertainment.

As always the new season promises the best in chat from international and Irish celebrities, quality musical acts plus lots of fun with the studio audience.

Last season saw the show attracting an average audience of close to half a million viewers every Saturday night and included many memorable moments including Kian from Westlife’s impressive moonwalk, Frank Vincent from the Sopranos joining The Camembert Quartet on drums and Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova’s electric performance following their Oscar win.

This season sees the show getting off to a fresh start with a new and improved set, Ryan and the team, however, are remaining tight lipped about the line-up of guests for the show but it promises to be an exciting start to the new season
