IRELAND’S FIRST EVERY SKI-DATING EVENT!
RTÉ 2fm’s Rick O’Shea Show is heading for the French Alps for Ireland’s first ever Ski-Dating event. Think Speed-Dating on ice.
This Sunday, 20th January, six listeners – three single guys and three single girls will be flying out to the ski resort of Val D’Isere in France. Shane Gallagher from Bundoran, Co. Donegal, Andrew O’Riordan of Millstreet, Co. Cork, Paul Ryan from Clifden, Co. Galway, Brigid O’Halloran from Co. Tipperary and Vanessa Millar, Kilmihil, Co. Clare are the chosen six. They have never met before except to phone flirt with each other on air. Winners were selected for their flirting skills!
They will all be living together in a luxury chalet with hot tubs, alpine views and log fires. During the day they’ll learn to ski and each evening we’ll be setting them interesting challenges and sending them off in couples to see if they ‘click’. But will they find love on the slopes?
Tune into Rick’s show next Monday 21st, Tuesday 22ndand Wednesday 23rd to find out how Andrew, Shane, Paul, Vanessa, Brigid and Niamh are getting on. The programme is being broadcast live from the chalet daily at 2pm on RTÉ 2fm.
