RTÉ SPORT SECURES LIVE BROADCAST RIGHTS FOR IRISH INTERNATIONAL RUGBY MATCHES IN ARGENTINA

  

RTÉ Sport are delighted to confirm that they have secured live broadcast rights for Ireland’s two International friendly rugby matches against Argentina, across both television and radio.

RTÉ Television will broadcast both tests beginning on Saturday 26 May as Ireland face Argentina, live from Santa Fe. Coverage starts at 7.55pm on RTÉ Two. The teams will battle it out again the following Saturday 2 June with live coverage from Buenos Aires. Both matches are due to kick off at 8.10pm Irish time.

RTÉ Television’s unrivalled rugby team will be providing their expert analysis and opinion as Tom McGurk is joined in studio by George Hook and Brent Pope while Ryle Nugent provides live commentary on all the action.

RTÉ Radio will also broadcast live coverage of both matches, kicking off on Saturday 26 May at 8.00pm as RTÉ’s Michael Corcoran is joined by former rugby international Donal Lenihan live on RTÉ Radio 1 MW and LW.
