A new 6 week series which puts the spotlight on the capital city starts on Thursday, 29th September at 7.00pm on RTÉ One. Presented by Anne Cassin, (who is from Balbriggan in North County Dublin) Capital D will be presented from a different Dublin location each week. The series will have reports from people and places in the greater Dublin area – which can now boast a population of over a million people.
Issues which will be covered in the series include the new ethnic mix in the city, the schools that parents choose for their children, the changing face of shopping – from corner garages to giant malls, an A-Z of weekly facts about the capital and stories of the people of Dublin.
