Thank GAA It’s Friday is back on your screens for another summer packed with GAA goodness.

Episode 10 comes to you on Friday, August 26th on RTÉ 2 at 7pm with the buildup
to the Dublin v Kerry All Ireland Football Semi Final.

The show’s creators bring you the complete weekly GAA package; containing characters,
games, fascinating stories and communities both at home and abroad.

With Conor McGregor back to winning ways there are calls for McGregor/Diaz III to come to Croke Park. One man who knows what it takes to win at Jones’ Road, Kieran McGeeney, talks about his love for MMA and GAA two passions that keep the warrior focused.

One kick defined the 2001 Dublin v Kerry Quarter Final, but what if the majestic Mr Fitzgerald hadn’t swung it over from the sideline?? We speak to former Dubs Vinnie Murphy , Wayne McCarthy and Darren Homan about the day the Kerryman spoiled their party.

The week after the Rose of Tralee it seems all is well in the Kingdom as the sweet scent of
victory is wafting through their minor ranks. But, there have been dry spells. We chat Mickey
‘Ned’ O’Sullivan , Eoin ‘Bomber’ Liston and Darragh Ó Sé about how Kerry made it rosey
again.

Champion jockey Bryan Cooper rates his ex teacher Marc Ó Sé and talks about growing up in
Kerry but finding fame on the racecourse. We also look at the Irishlanguage club Na Gaeil Óga in Dublin who have taken the old proverb ‘Ni neart go cur le chéile’ literally fielding five adult teams and building from the ground up.

So join us on Friday 26 th August at 7pm on RTÉ2 for another action packed show. The show
will be repeated at the weekend before The Sunday Game Live on RTÉ ONE.
