In a feature length interview we talk to the author of “ The Sinking of the LUSITANIA – Unravelling the Mysteries” Patrick O’ Sullivan .
On 1st May 1915, the RMS Lusitania , then the world’s fastest liner, departed from New York ,six days later in bright sunshine with clear visibility she was torpedoed by U20 –a German submarine off the Old Head of Kinsale with the loss of 1,198 lives.
