The Colour Chart Christmas Special will exploring all the magical colours of Christmas, Red, Silver, Gold, White & more! Matthew will be out having snowball fights in the a winter wonderland and finding out what snowflakes are actually made from. He’ll be looking at beautiful Christmas trees and exploring where all the different colourful decorations come from, tracing them back to different countries all over the world. Brown is the colour of boxes!, and we’ll be finding out just how many parcels and presents make their way around the globe in the run up to Christmas and how they make the journey from the sender to the foot of your Christmas tree.
Of course, how could we talk about the colours of Christmas without talking about the most famous colourful man in the world, St. Nicholas! Santa Claus is known for his iconic red suit, but did you know it wasn’t always red, it used to be blue! Matthew Burke will be travelling all the way to the North Pole to meet Santa’s head elf to find out why!
